Policy
Diamonds Directly has a 10-day return policy from the
day the merchandise is shipped to you via overnight service.
If the merchandise is shipped through the post office, you
have 13 days to inspect the merchandise from the day the shipment
was sent. For a refund a Diamonds Directly representative
must be notified by 5th day of receiving the order. Return
must be shipped back within the specified days mentioned above.
All merchandise returns must be insured for the full value
of your purchase. Shipping must be prepaid and insured for
full purchase price by a traceable carrier (UPS or FED EX)

Upon receipt and inspection of your undamaged purchase, we
will issue you a credit minus shipping, insurance fee and
a 10% restocking fee. Order must be in original condition
and original packaging. Also, enclose proof of purchase in
package. There will be a fee of up to $350.00 for diamond
certificates that are not returned with shipment. Diamonds
Directly will examine the order and only credit you if all
of the above requirements are met. Refunds will be issued
as a credit toward another purchase, company check or credit
the credit card used in the original form of payment. Diamonds
Directly will not accept any items altered by any other jeweler
such as engraving, sizing, etc. Item must be in original order
condition.
